Gill is a fantastic hypnotherapist who helped me immensely. I’ve suffered from acute anxiety for many years and suddenly found myself struggling with terrible insomnia. I was feeling pretty low and desperate so turned to Gill for help. Having never tried Hypnotherapy before I was a little apprehensive about what to expect, but I needn’t have worried.
Gill is very warm, welcoming, caring and above all patient. She really takes the time to get to know you in order to help find the best therapy for you. I came away from my sessions feeling relaxed and more positive about the future. After a few sessions I was making good progress, my sleep improved and my anxiety levels were much reduced. Hypnotherapy for Blood Pressure
When I first came to see you my blood pressure was seriously high – at 175/98. I was very stressed and worried about the health of my unborn baby. After hypnotherapy my blood pressure has gone down to 120/84 – lower than before I became pregnant. I am much more relaxed and feel calmer and happier. My GP is very pleased with my progress and glad not to have had to prescribe medication. Listening to your MP3 recordings afterwards have helped keep me on track.

I’ve dieted for years
